The Textile Maker Space is buildout is 9000 Net SF.  The program consists of Maker Space facilities with fixed and movable workspace furnishings, classroom, offices and support spaces.  Pop-up market space and café serve to sell the textile products being produced in the facility. Exterior spaces and ancillary structures include outdoor classroom with overhead canopy, sunscreens and lattices.
