Kiam Building

Historic survey, renovation and redevelopment of the Kiam Building at 320 Main St. in Houston, TX.  A 3D Scanning process was used to document the exterior of the building to produce elevations to apply for Historic Tax Credits. Ongoing work will seek solutions redevelop the building for office or residential tenants with a restaurant or bar on the ground floor.
