“The Docks” encompassing 71,500 sf of commercial redevelopment of new lease spaces.  Scope of work encompasses renovation of exterior loading dock, access stairs and ramps, parking, drainage, and exterior signage.  New roof will include integration of roof top HVAC support and systems.  Renovation of facades include window repair, reglazing or replacement as well as selective demo and renovation to comport with historic tax credit review and approval process.  Interior buildout to include construction of four “Common Areas” (suites B, D, G, and J) with amenity support spaces and egress to serve adjacent units.
